Citation Builder State matrix

One page, per-service state. A customer can own any mix of the three services (Reddit / Guest Posts / Press Releases). Each service renders as a report when owned or an upsell when not. These four states span the whole space: none-owned, all-owned, and the two mixed shapes.

Nothing subscribed. Conversion hero + all three services as packages. (Was: not-subscribed)

Reddit only — mixed KEY CASE

Reddit owned (report) · Guest + PR not owned (upsell). The core "what if you only have one" question.

All owned — full reporting

All three subscribed. Scoreboard hero + three reports. (Was: subscribed)

Design rules being tested

State-aware hero: none-owned → conversion pitch; any-owned → scoreboard summarizing only what's owned.
Owned-first Overview: report cards for owned services on top, upsell cards for unowned below.
Constant upsell: an unowned service always shows its packages in its own tab and an upsell card in Overview.
Per-service tab state: owned → report; unowned → packages + a per-service pitch.
